We'll work out what is most important to you right now and explore tools to help you to exercise your resilience 'muscle' and manage stressful situations. This will help you to focus, cultivate a better work-life balance and improve your performance at work. Type of session: One-to-one Duration: Minimum four x 90 minutes over a three month period
