About me

I have always been fascinated by people, how they interact and why they behave the way they do. It started with a love of languages and travel but I then discovered the field of intercultural communication and became interested in how our cultural values and attitudes impact our world view, behaviours and interpersonal interactions.

 

I'm based in London but have lived and worked in France and Spain and have trained and worked around the world, including Dubai, Germany, Hong Kong, India, Lithuania, Sri Lanka and Switzerland. 

 

I have over 30 years’ experience of training, consultancy and management across the corporate, public and academic sectors and have worked with many organisations including global banks, legal, insurance and consulting firms, retail companies, government departments and universities.

 

I have held senior management roles within training companies but I now prefer to support my clients directly. I have worked in the training and coaching world for many years and have built up a well-trusted network of fellow consultants and partners I can draw on should extra resources be required.
