Global executive coaching will enable you to explore your own values and behaviours and to recognise how you are perceived by global partners. We will use The International Profiler to reflect on your own style, build on your strengths and consider how and when you adapt to your global context. We will explore specific challenges you are facing and put in place tangible development goals. Type of session: One-to-one Duration: Minimum four x 90 minutes over a three month period
