This practical workshop uses the Team Trust Indicator questionnaire and feedback report to help you to identify and resolve trust issues within your team. We'll develop a shared language for understanding the criteria you need to trust each other and where your trust gaps are. Discovering how to build on your strengths and break down trust barriers will help to strengthen relationships, manage any conflict and increase team productivity. Who should attend?
