The International Profiler is an online psychometric questionnaire and feedback tool, designed to support individuals to adapt to working in culturally unfamiliar contexts. Based on a set of 10 competencies made up of 22 behavioural dimensions, it enables you to reflect on your strengths, areas for development and how you manage your energy in the context of your new international role. Who is it for? Expatriates, global team managers and international sales executives Format: Online questionnaire, feedback report and one-to-one feedback session. The International Profiler can form part of a coaching or intercultural training programme.
