Global success starts with self-awareness. The International Profiler is a web-based questionnaire and feedback tool, designed to support individuals working in culturally unfamiliar contexts or with people from diverse backgrounds. Based on a set of 10 competencies made up of 22 behavioural qualities, feedback enables you to reflect on your intercultural strengths, areas for development and how you can realign your focus and energy in the context of your international role. The ability to adapt quickly and appropriately while knowing when to stand our ground and remain true to our values is key to working globally. Who is it for? Expatriates, global team managers, international sales or procurement executives - anyone moving into an internationally-focused role Format: Web-based questionnaire, interactive report and materials, and one-to-one feedback session. The International Profiler can form part of an individual coaching programme or intercultural workshop.
