About
The boundaries between work and personal life are often blurred and we are increasingly expected to do more with less. When we are well, we feel happier, more fulfilled and we are more effective in the workplace for ourselves and others. We'll work out what is most important to you right now, what motivates you and how to focus on your wellbeing. When we understand your triggers, we can explore tools to help you manage stressful situations and become more resilient. Type of session: One-to-one Duration: Minimum four x 90 minutes over a three month period
